Folasade Olisekodiaka

With over 30 years of corporate experience, Folasade Olisekodiaka brings seasoned perspective and strategic development across multiple sectors. Her educational background began in Computer Science following which she attained an MBA from Ekiti State University. Her professional journey reflects a consistent track record of leading health and safety initiatives that promote mental health awareness, employee welfare, and healthy lifestyle practices. She also holds global health certifications from the University of Washington, reinforcing her commitment to building healthier work environments. Between 2020 and 2023, Folasade chaired the Advisory Board of Genesis House, a rehabilitation and empowerment center for vulnerable women. Under her leadership, the center scaled its programs in trauma recovery, vocational training, and reintegration—helping women rebuild their lives with dignity and independence. Folasade currently serves as Deputy Dean at Dome Training Institute (DTI). She is the President of the Seplat Energy Producing Nigeria Unlimited Christian Fellowship (formerly ExxonMobil Christian Fellowship) and National Music Director of the Petroleum Industry Christian Fellowship International. She also sits on the Board of Trustees of the Association of Renewed and Transformed Christian Stewards, where she serves as Youth Coordinator.
